Karen Salmon

Karen joined Force Technologies in 1989 after working at Polar Electronics and Dense Pac Microsystems in the USA where she gained expertise in manufacturing memory modules.

Over four decades, Karen has led the company through innovation and growth. She played a key role in launching Force's own branded products in 1995, marking the company's pivotal transition from distributor to a true OEM for obsolete semiconductor solutions.

She later earned a law degree, became a solicitor in 2017, and is active in charity and business leadership roles. She has been recognised by her peers in the Obsolescence world with a fellowship in the International Institute of Obsolescence Management.
